The inaugural Real Estate Special Awards (RESA) held by Focus Malaysia recently served to recognise the contributions of real estate agents, consultants and other related players in real estate.
In his opening speech, guest of honour Datuk Seri Gavin Tee of Swhengtee International Sdn Bhd who officiated the event stressed on the importance of real estate agents in examining global trends and applying them to local investments.
Tee owns real estate consultation offices in Beijing, Xiamen and Shanghai in China besides having other alliances with partners from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and UK.
