iProperty.com.my积累的数据显示，今年吉隆坡和雪兰莪一些值得注意的地区表现特别强劲，其中，蕉赖、蒲种、梳邦再也、双溪隆以及吉隆坡中心区和武吉免登等大都会区的房产租金，中位数有两位数的健康增长。
在《2022年上半年房地产亮点》报告中，房地产咨询公司莱坊马来西亚也强调了租赁市场的强劲增长。
吉隆坡高端公寓/服务式公寓的整体（平均）成交价格略有上升（约1.2%）。报告指出，在审查期间，吉隆坡市、Ampang Hilir / U-Thant、Damansara Heights、Mont Kiara等地区的高端公寓和服务式公寓的平均要价租金略高。
例如，吉隆坡市的平均租金从RM2.00-RM4.70psf跃升至RM2.00-RM5.20psf，而Mont Kiara则从RM2.00-RM3.80psf上升至RM2.00-RM4.00psf。
