Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, a subsidiary of Tropicana Corporation Berhad, has been cooking up 7,500 hot, nutritious and delicious meals in service of the needy during the month of Ramadan. The charity food drive organised by the Tropicana Foundation before MCO 3.0 saw over 7,500 hot meals prepared, packed, and delivered to 15 different underprivileged homes and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the Klang Valley area. Tropicana also mobilised and donated dry goods, sanitary and cleaning products besides other daily necessities in aid of these charities during the Muslim fasting season.
Dion Tan, Group Managing Director of Tropicana Corporation Berhad conveyed his appreciation for the support by Tropicana’s subsidiaries and the activities carried out to benefit these communities.
