Sheng Tai International Sdn Bhd (Sheng Tai International), an award-winning property group, recently inked a deal with FashionTV, the world’s leading platform for trending fashion and lifestyle broadcasting, to become the channel’s master franchise license holder of F Café in Malaysia.
F Café is a unique F&B concept that blends together haute couture and haute cuisine. As the master franchisor of F Café in Malaysia, Sheng Tai International is inviting Malaysians to collaborate or to take up their own franchise of F Café.
The company plans to open a total of 10 F Cafés in Malaysia by 2023. The first F Café’ will be opened in 2021 at The Sail, Sheng Tai International’s flagship RM6.5 bil GDV integrated development in Melaka.

F Café can be found all over the world, including Tokyo, Vienna, Prague, Tel Aviv, Dubai, Cairo, Bangkok and very soon, Melaka. Since 1994, it has served over 200,000 customers worldwide every month.
