You could also be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. You are reminded to log out of your account and close the browser when you are finished with using a shared computer.

    5. Children and Minors Under 18 Years of Age

      5.1 1Balcony does not sell products or services to children under 18 years of age or the use of the Platform. We do not knowingly collect any personal data relating to children under 18 years of age.

      5.2 Therefore, you hereby confirm and warrant that you are currently 18 years old or above and you are capable of understanding and accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
