Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd, the property division of AYER Holdings Berhad recently launched phase 1 of Bromelia landed homes at Bukit Puchong.
Despite the challenging market arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, 90% of its phase one project was sold during the launch. Situated on a 13.86 acres freehold site with a gross development value (GDV) of RM152mil, the project is situated at the developer’s township development of Bukit Puchong.
The gated and guarded landed stratified development comprise a low density residential project consisting 137 units of 2 and 2.5-storey terraces, clusters and semi-D homes.
Bromelia’s terrace built-up sizes range from 1,798 sq ft till 2,271 sq ft whilst the cluster and semi-D built-up sizes range from 2,000 sq ft till 4,000 sq ft respectively.
“The group embarked on its first online preview launch for Bromelia by offering registrants an online live streaming platform to view, select and book their choice units,” says Jeannie Khoo, Group Chief Operating Officer of AYER Holdings Berhad.
“We have taken the recent pandemic into perspective when incorporating multi-functioning designs to provide spaces that cater to lifestyle changes and the new norm of working from home,” she adds.
A traffic-free jogging trail, landscaped garden with a children’s playground, basketball court, outdoor fitness area, BBQ terrace and an elevated viewing deck provide our residents with ample social and community spaces,” she sums.
Based on the overwhelming response, she affirms that there is continued interest in landed properties with good access, quality design and value for money.
“The majority of our buyers purchased the units for self-usage while a few of them purchased for investment purposes. We also had repeat buyers besides first-time home owners. What makes Bromelia’s phase one launch a success is the incorporation of technology with a VR show unit, e-Brochure, digital scale models besides the community living design and attractive pricing from RM800,000,” she emphasises.
