The World Gourmet CNY dinner which was held on the auspicious date of Feb, 2020 at Ruyi & Lyn in appreciation of its supporters witnessed a gathering of prominent chefs, celebrites, key opinion leaders and members of the media. They were feted to an extensive nine course menu prepared by World Gourmet Master Chef winer cum Culinary Advisor Master chef James Ho of Ruyi & Lyn Bangar that raised the benchmark of creative cuisine to a whole new level. World Gourmet President Peggy Chong opines that the ninth day of Chinese New Year which occurs only one in a thousand years was chosen to commemorate the celebration.
