Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia Holds Its Autumnal Graduation Ceremony


Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia hosted its autumnal graduation ceremony at The Sunway Hotel Resort & Spa in the heart of Bandar Sunway at the tail end of 2019. Led by Executive Chef Stephane Frelon, the Grand Diplôme®, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie, graduates were welcomed on stage to accept their diplomas and medals in front of their family and friends. Speeches from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs instructors and alumnus Chef Darren Chin, owner of DC Restaurant and Bref by Darren Chin shared useful advice for the fresh graduates to adapt in the professional world. The ceremony ended with group photos taken to commemorate the occasion feted by a sumptuous Christmas lunch prepared by the hotel.
