Launching of ‘A Guide to Sky Mirror, Kuala Selangor’

Persatuan Benih Hijau and Sky Mirror Tour & Travel Sdn Bhd recently launched the Kuala Selangor ecological guidebook entitled “A Guide to Sky Mirror, Kuala Selangor“, in a joint initiative to promote local eco-tourism and education.
The project, sponsored and supported by Selangor Tourism Office saw the launching ceremony being officiated by Hee Loy Sian, Chairman of Standing Committees of Tourism, Environment, Green Technology and Orang Asli Affairs of Selangor State.
Stating that Kuala Selangor has the largest wetland on the West Coast of Peninsular Malaysi which facilitates a natural environment that breeds wild animals, the haven he acknowledges is also known an ecological treasure house.
“Kuala Selangor is an important base for ecological tourism in Selangor and hence, biological conservation and research cannot be slackened,” he opines.
Author of the book Goh Yong Chuan, introduces the biodiversity in Kuala Selangor in detail, helping tourists to understand the mysteries of nature conservation.
