由 KongsiKL 主办，为期 17 天的第 2 届《 巴生河 • 乐！文化节 》（ Klang River Festival 2023 ）于 9 月 9 日（ 星期六 ）上午 11 时，在达尔尚艺术学院（ Dasein Academy of Art ）的 D’ Gallery 画廊正式揭幕！
今年的活动主题为 “ Tanah Air ”，在马来语中是指祖国，即家园与国土，按字面意思是 “土地” 和 “水”，即孕育我们文化与文明的基础。
士布爹国会议员兼行动党副主席郭素沁二度为 KRF 站台，并在献词中以 “垃圾分类” 为例，向现场教育工作者喊话，期许对小学生进行环境意识的启蒙。
关于｜巴生河
巴生河流经马来西亚吉隆坡和雪兰莪的长河，全长约 120 公里，流域面积达 1288 平方公里，始源于距离吉隆坡以北大约 25 公里、海拔 100 米的一个高原靠近美拉华蒂花园，并最终向东汇入马六甲海峡。
关于｜巴生河 • 乐！文化节（ Klang River Festival ）
从马来西亚独立至今，66 年来巴生河由 “河” 变 “路”；在上世纪 70 年代初开始，吉隆坡在城市化进程中，河道先是被修整河岸或被填埋，渐渐被铺盖上水泥盖板成了垄沟，后来两边扩建成马路，变成地下的渠道和下水道，河流的全貌就就再也看不到了。
《 巴生河 • 乐！文化节 》的举办，正是背负着提醒吉隆坡子民这条河流曾经存在的使命，带领着人们沿着巴生河曾经的河流路线漫游，以呼吁河流复苏、保护环境和文化认知。
关于｜第 2 届《 巴生河 • 乐！文化节 》（ Klang River Festival 2023 ）
横跨 3 个周末的项目，包含 7 场专题演讲、5 部影片播放、8 个主题特展、12 场工作坊、5 场文艺演出、5 场社区导览、5 天创意市集、2 场夜宿河畔露营、1 场拾荒慢跑，加上开幕与闭幕演出，透过建筑师、摄影师、艺术家、导演、学者、表演者、文教工作者、专业人士及孩子们的 “眼睛”，探索巴生河的生命力及意义。
其中，雪州旅游局特别规划了 “巴生河之旅” 让参与者乘船游览巴生河，以加强大家对周遭生态环境的认识。
此外，配合 9 月 16 日马来西亚日，主办方将提供每个小时接驳车服务，建议公众人士可乘搭公共交通或将车子停在 Plaza Prima 停车场，方便大家穿梭几个活动地点 Millerz Square、KongsiKL 及 Kongsi House。
