Sunway XFarms aims to be part of the solution for sustainable farming amid global food shortages. Asian Property Review talks to Eleanor Choong, COO of Sunway XFarms to find out more about their operations.

1.For your flagship Sunway Tower farm, how much produce do you expect to harvest per month?
We will be launching SunwayTower Farm’s operations in September, and expect to harvest more than IO tonnes of fresh food per month. This includes a wide variety of leafy greens such as salad lettuces, Asian greens, kale and herbs. We are also looking into fruity vegetables such as capsicums and tomatoes as well as edible flowers.
